Port a complete lisp environment to the Nintendo DS
The Nintendo DS hardware is very versatile and includes two screens, one of which is a touch screen. The system also has two CPUs, microphone and Stereo speakers, WiFi, and two expansion ports that have a number of third party I/O peripherals. It is also very small and portable.

A complete lisp or scheme environment could make the basis of a very inexpensive but powerful development environment for embedded systems, mobile and wireless applications, and robotics research. Lisp system should include interfaces to the hardware subsystems including the wireless and expansion ports. System should also include wireless upload and download capabilites.
